03/02/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the tenant and the gas has been turned off at the meter. The water has 2-yellow tags, the gas forced air furnace has 2-yellow tags, the door is lacking and laying on the ground and not able to install on the hinges, the ceiling in the room over the water heater and gas forced air furnace is lacking or is loose. The vent pipes is not installed properly on the water heater or the gas force air furnace. The condenser is being working on and not working at this time. The exterior doors are not sealed and see daylight when in the close position. Outlets are not working in the living room area and in the bedrooms. The valves for the tub and shower are not working properly and lacking the handles and leaking. The exhaust fan is not working and dirty. The vanity in the bathroom is damaged from water leaking on the floor from the tub and shower or the toilet. Did meet with the management and was served the N.O.V. to Vacate and permits required for new water heater and gas forced air furnace. The disconnect and being replaced with new due to has been stripped and needs a permit to have replace with the new disconnect.
06/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met with the new manager and all the work has been completed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
