The ceiling collapsed what appears to be due to water damage due to leak in roof. Damage is Isolated to canopy area drive up area in front of main entrance on WS, main structure appears to not be affected at this time and is not condemed. There is damage to structural beams, electrical fixtures to includes bare exposed wires, and damage to stucco. Electrical was able to be isolated at panel and is to remain off until all electrical in effected area is inspected and repaired. Permits are required for all repairs. Owner is to secure damaged area indemnification form signed, to include emergency abated, and NOV. Do not enter signs posted at entrances damaged area. |
