05/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed This property belongs to COT and is used for peddlers. I was there last year around this time to clear the area of peddlers. Today, the area now has signs in place that allow for peddlers with the proper permits. I observed several unpermitted vehicles parked on the property. Two of them were used as advertisement for their business. I tagged them all with my COT business card and I called the numbers listed on the vehicles to inform the owners they must not park the vehicles in this area ay longer without permission. Only one vendor had the proper permit to peddle, he informed me that several vendors set up in the area frequently, therefore, I will leave this case open until the area remains clear of illegal peddlers for at least two more weeks. This will allow me the opportunity to direct those peddlers to the permitting office to obtain the proper permit.
05/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site--only the Kettle corn business is in operation: it is within the assigned space, and has the proper paperwork from PDSD for peddlers permit. No other vendors or others using this space for advertising their products are are present at the time of inspection
