02/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a walkway that is severely dilapidated and is in need of immediate replacement. I condemned three (305, 306, and 310) units that were affected by the dilapidated balcony/walkway. I spoke with the management, as well as the engineer that was hired by management to repair the balconies. I determined, with the advise of the structural engineer, that the balconies are not safe at all and no one should be in this area due to the the potential for the walkway to fall. I also caution taped off other areas affected by this dilapidated.
