02/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Arrived to the site at 7:56 PM. Was called out by TPD, who had entered the structure due to a check welfare call. Found the structure is full of combustibles, including trash and debris. Found what appears to look and smell like animal feces that are scattered throughout the floor of the structure and accumulated in the hallways and living space. Excessive cobwebs throughout the structure. There are boxes and piles of materials that block egress, they are stacked in different areas and block access to windows. Furniture and other debris prevents rapid egress to exit doors. Toilet was found to be full of dirty water. Kitchen countertops are piled high with items and debris. The stove is completely covered with combustibles, including boxes, clothing, and other trash and debris. There is a missing outlet cover in the kitchen. The main electrical panel located outside at the meter is missing multiple breakers or breaker slots so there is openings into live energized electrical systems. The structure has been condemned for unsanitary conditions and for electrical hazards. Electrical is being cut at the meter. The house should be cleaned of all trash and debris and reinspected by code enforcement. The electrical system shall be checked and any hazards addressed, any repairs may require a permit. Any missing breakers shall be replaced or replace replaced with breaker slots. A permit is required for electrical reconnect. -VM
