02/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed I have confirmed. through a CITY OF TUCSON, PDSD Building Plans Examiner, that the fixtures installed on the home are in compliance with the Outdoor Lighting Code. The fixtures are shielded, full cut-off and installed under an overhang, which are not required to meet curfew guidelines. The lumens and color are in compliance as well with this type of fixture and installation. THE COMPLAINT IS UNFOUNDED. CLOSE CASE.
