02/19/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with several people from the community while on site. Residents concerned about the amount of homeless people traffic coming and going throughout the day and night. Discussed concerns with the owner of the property. Owner admitted she has allowed a homeless man to live in the house while she has been away. After reviewing the property the following violations identified. Extension cords being used for long term use. Electrical cords go from the house across the back yard over a back wall into a shed located in the north west corner of the back yard. Water hose being used for water to fill up tubs to wash clothes in. Excessive amount of dog feces in the yard, exterior storage scattered in the back yard, palm tree with dead palm fronds within ten feet from the ground.
