Extension cords being used for long term use. Electrical cords go from the house across the back yard over a back wall into a shed located in the north west corner of the back yard. Water hose being used for water to fill up tubs to wash clothes in. Excessive amount of dog feces in the yard, exterior storage scattered in the back yard, palm tree with dead palm fronds within ten feet from the ground. | |
