03/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Found richard at the lot in question. He has been living on his lot since the City demoed his house due to neglect and disrepair. I explained why i was there and that there had been complaints regarding his cmping on a residential zone. I explained what the code violations were. He explained that he has nowhere to go and that he would either be camping here or somewhere else and at least on his own lot, he can control access and his own safety. I made a referral to CSHW Care Coordination along with Rich. I explained that my case revolves around whether or not there is camping on the lot. I expect when I return the materials will have been removed.
