02/19/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site inspection, found one palm tree in the front yard and one palm tree in the back yard that are in violation with having dead palm fronds within 10 feet of the ground or a structure. There was no violations of overgrown vegetation because the vegetation in the front yard doesn't extend over/under the space in a manner interfering with reasonable use of the road. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
08/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site inspection. The property owner has submitted for a plan review through permit and Tucson property research online. Will follow up when the permit process has been worked out through planning and development services. Permit no.: TC-RES-0726-03917 has been submitted and a follow-up will take place the week of September 7 - 11, 2026.
