There was no violations of overgrown vegetation because the vegetation in the front yard doesn't extend over/under the space in a manner interfering with reasonable use of the road. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
05/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site property inspection. Property owner is still in violation accessory structures, and/or two carports. The property owner was talked to via phone and is going to be given information to update permits for the two accessory structures that are in violation. An extension has been given of 60 days due to new information being given out property still in violation, a second notice of violation will be sent out in the mail.
