There was no violations of overgrown vegetation because the vegetation in the front yard doesn't extend over/under the space in a manner interfering with reasonable use of the road. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
08/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site inspection. The property owner has submitted for a plan review through permit and Tucson property research online. Will follow up when the permit process has been worked out through planning and development services. Permit no.: TC-RES-0726-03917 has been submitted and a follow-up will take place the week of September 7 - 11, 2026.
