02/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site, and after visual inspection and researching the property found 2 unpermitted storage units that have been on the property since approximately 2005. Spoke with store manager and he did not have any knowledge of the 2 storage units being permitted. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
04/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site follow up inspection. The dead palm frond violations were not on the property of the Speedway Store. The two (2) shipping containers were verified to have an approval through Pima County, approximately June 2024. The pictures are on the Pima County assessor's website. The accessory structures have been on the property since approximately 2006 and with the updated site plan and certificate of occupancy that the store manager showed me.
