The structure has sustained damage as a result of a vehicle impact. There is damage to the exterior entry assembly and surrounding structural components. The primary exterior door is damaged and displaced. Metal bars are bent and broken, door panels compromised and the door frame has been damaged. The door is incapable of being secured. There is also several red bricks that have been displaced and or damaged. The interior has vertical/horizontal cracking. Some of the cracking runs along the area of a light switch and outlet. This may have cause some electrical damage. This area was isolated by turning off the breaker. Owner has agreed to keep in the breaker off until a licensed contractor inspects the property. Door was secured by city contractor by owner's request. Permits and licensed contractor required for any structural/electrical repair. All utilities remain on. |
