03/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time tenant was unavailable. No phone number was given to arrange a good time. Spoke to property manager Jayden and he states a treatment for roaches is in place. Unit C-19 was recently treated on 2/24/26 and will continue to be treated. Mice have been found on the property but no complaint specifically from this unit. There is also a treatment plan in place for the mice. Heat has been turned off for the season.
