Tenant has had on-going treatment and received a 48hr notice last night for a re-inspect/treatment for the infestation. Management has provided documentation of infestation treatment plan and parts order/work order for HVAC repair. Management is coordinating treatment plan for the entire building and has sent out 48hr notices. Refer to case CE-VIO1225-05492 for more information regarding this case.
