No one lives in the dwelling, fire was only in the laundry room 1st floor. TEP had shut off the power off but had left the meter closed since the laundry room can be isolated. The electrical devices and conductors have signs of heat and smoke damage. A qualified electrician is required for any electrical service repair with the dwelling unit where the fire had taken place. If conductors need to be replaced, applicable permits required. The electronical has been isolated from the dwelling unit, laundry room. Electrical laundry room circuit breakers shutoff switch removed for safety reasons until properly reviewed and repaired. Pioneer plumping reviewing gas. Gas has been isolated to the dwelling and shut off. |
