02/20/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time there is an accumulation of refuse, trash and debris on the the entire property. Including the abutting alley east of the property. There is also an accumulation of excess outdoor storage on the entire property. There is a junked motor vehicle in the front yard that is filled with trash and debris. The structure that is securing the front yard is dilapidated and made of unapproved building material.
04/07/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site and at this time there has been minimal to no effort with the abatement process. Items including the JMV in the front yard have only been covered with black material. Several attempts have been made to contact current tenants regarding complaint. A citation will be issued for this property.
