Found water coming out of ceiling in entry/foyer area, out of a light fixture by HVAC register in ceiling, the HVAC register/filter enclosure, and water damage to walls in this hallway. Water also coming out of exhaust fan in laundry room. Water has also leaked through ceiling in master bedroom and master bathroom. Repairs to unit required with a Commercial Addition/Alteration permit. Power off to unit at main disconnect by TFD upon arrival. A licensed electrician shall review all electrical, replace damaged components, and provide a report to Code Enforcement prior to re-energizing power. A re-inspection is required by Code Enforcement to lift condemnation. Unit was posted Unsafe to Occupy. -VM | |
