Attempted contact at front door. Home is being remodeled. New walls have been erected, and new structural members added. Drove into alley and found a new water service line is being installed. A remodel to the exterior wall including installation of a large siding door has been done. The electrical panel has been relocated from the west wall to the north wall. Construction worker on site called owner of Flip With Integrity LLC, property owner who has been cited and given notice for multiple cases of work without permits. Advised him will be issuing a citation and posting a stop work order. He was also advised of the need to secure the missing and broken windows.
