05/23/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Weeds, refuse, structures placed onto the property without permits (shade structure, wooden structure, large metal storage container). North side of the building has a large crack in the wall, RV parked in the front of the property for several months appears someone is living on the west side of the property. No Certificate of Occupancy for the Auto Shop, The BCC Autonomous Space, Commercial Storage. Research finds the BCC Autonomous Space is holding dinners, large gatherings for various different events which are advertised on-line. Junk motor vehicle parked on the east side of the property. See pictures attached.
07/30/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Recieved a complaint from community regarding an event taking place at 101 E. Ventura. No certificate of occupancy. Mgmt request I stop event since commercial property does not have proper approvals. Advised to take TPD. Met w/occupants regarding complaint. No CofO. Issued paper work and shut down commercial rental unit parcel #11506088A occupants are not to be loitering on the property. Must be actively removing violations and working with PDSD. Can not be hanging around or hold events, meetings or any type of business/non-profit business / activities on site until all proper approvals are approved and on file with the City of Tucson PDSD and TFD.
