THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE,NO CARS IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AND NOBODY GETTING THEIR LASHES DONE AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION. PER DSD, AZ NO LONGER REQUIRES A LASH TECHNICIAN TO BE LISENSED.
