Owner of RV said COT has no legal jurisdiction over him and he will fight the City. Owner of RV was not interested in cooperating. RV was posted with Notice of Violation and Red Tag Unsafe to Occupy. Found extension cords daisy chained entering through the front door of the RV, leading to the rear yard. Asked individual what they were connected to, I was told to a generator in the backyard. Lady in the RV said they are running their space heaters because it is cold. Issued citation 0007229 on site and notified Pima County Animal Control of the dogs being kept in the RV. -VM |
