Plumber from Pioneer Plumbing on site says a water main in the attic burst overnight caused flooding and ceiling to come down, repairs should be finished in about an hour. There is extensive drywall damage throughout the second floor, as well as the ceiling on the first floor, appears water did leak through the second floor through that ceiling. Contact w/ maintenance supervisor on site, states leak occurred in middle of night Thursday morning around 1 AM. Says they have a restoration company to make repairs but tenant does need to remove her belongings from the unit. -VM | |
