02/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property. There is a large accumulation of trash on front property. In violation. There are several signs on trash and property fence stating, "DONT DUMP HERE." However, there still trash bags, thrown away furniture, etc. Sent a notice of violation. 3/6/24 - On site at property. Front trash is growing into other neighboring properties becoming an attractive nuisance. Spoke to property owner over the phone, they showed compliance. Will follow up till next week. May have to move to citation if this continues.
03/18/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 3/12/24 - On site at property. Violation abated for this property. Brush and Bulky Pickup is April 14 2024 for neighboring properties. Case closed.
