While inside occupant admitted to removing kitchen light fixture and messing with the circuit, occupant also admitted to removing the closet doors and the entire window. He did not put the window back together correctly and it appears he glued the window on. Noticed the base board was removed and curled up on the floor in the bedroom. Property Manager stated they will have Maintenance come in and make repairs. Let the occupant know if there is a problem with the rental unit he should submit a maintenance request. Attempting to fix the problem will only make the issue worse in this case. Close case |
