02/07/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Heat is still being repaired. I spoke with the tenant in person and the management about the repair. The tenant stated that the heat repair company has been coming to repair the heat since 2/5/2024. I followed up with the tenant on 2/7/24 who stated that the repair company has scheduled to come finalize her heat repair.
