03/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 127 PM - Conducted inspection with Inspector Goodman on site. Interior does have cracking in plaster in multiple places inside the dwelling. This includes multiple places in the ceiling, around windows, and in a wall near a window. There were no cracks in the foundation. There were no imminent hazards observed that would require the home to be condemned. Also viewed an approximately 12 foot by 16 foot rear structure in the backyard of the property. The roof of the rear structure has sagging present. There is a post in the middle of the roof support system that is rotting and warping near the ground which is likely causing the sagging. There is electrical present which is installed in a non code compliant manner. The rear structure will require repair under permit. Will proceed to a NOV for the rear structure at this time. -VM
