06/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1256 PM - Per previous contact with tenant, he states all repairs were made. Returned to the property. Light in kitchen turns on and works properly. I ran hot water in kitchen and bathroom, both areas now have hot water. All violations have been abated, will close case. -VM
