04/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 349 PM - There is trash and debris, as well as outdoor storage to include building materials such as drywall. Did observe modifications to the structure to include new stucco exterior finish, a new mini split system in front yard, a new waterline on the front of building with a hose spigot and solar panels installed on the roof. Owner on site says they are just replacing drywall underneath any new electric fixtures or lines, moving or adding of any plumbing fixtures. Did discover there is an existing case, will be referring this case to T21DV07925 -VM
