02/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed 244 PM - Called tenant on 2/22, no ans and no voicemail box so sent a text message. Tenant did not return call, so called again on 2/23 at 244 PM and spoke to tenant. He states the plumber came out, removed the toilet, cleaned the line, resealed the toilet, and now the toilet is working. Has been able to flush it since they left and no issues. Tenant requested I close out the case at this time and he will call back if he has further issues. Unable to verify complaint at this time, will close case. -VM
