02/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Water line break in 206. Water drained into unit 106 and 107. Unit 207 was un-affected. Electrical system in units 206, 106 and slightly wet in 107. Owner had SAMS PLUMBING on site to repair the water line. Plumber did an emergency repair while on site. JMAC Electric inspected the electrical system while on site. Unit 207 & 107 was determined to be safe to re-energize. Units 206 & 106 where both shut down due to the water damage and electrical system being compromised by exposure to the water. 206 also had serious hoarding issue along with several cats inside the unit. Owner relocated both residents till the repairs and permits are obtained and made to the rental units.
