Damaged wall plaster in bathroom near tub, possibly due to a leak. With switch on, no hot air is coming out of vents. Spoke with property employee on site. -VM
03/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 215 PM - Contact with tenant on site. States heat was repaired and unit has heat. A new light fixture has been installed in the closet. The drywall has been repaired and repainted. Violations have been abated, will close case. -VM
