02/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a structure fire at 2445 N. Oracle Rd. Arrived and the fire was at 2444 N. 14th Ave. space #12 of a mobile home fire. The mobile home is a total lost and burned to the frame floor. All utilities were removed and a tree branch broke and fell on the back end of the mobile home. Their is some heat damage to the trailer #13 where the skirting and glass from the side door and window have melted. The management will address that at daylight time hours on securing. The manager on site signed the paperwork and gave permission to place a fence around the mobile home that burned. Called Biff Baker Fence to place the fence around the mobile home. The tree branch that is broken is moving at this time and will need to be cut as soon as possible. RV.
02/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The area is vacant and secured and the management will be removing the trailer frame and cleaning the area. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
