02/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation No one home and was able to check the site for dog waste. The front is OK and did find the rear yard with some dog waste and appears to be cleaned at times. Did call the owner and she will be calling the tenant due to the dogs are not allowed on the property. Did advised that the waste needs to be picked up daily and will let the tenant know if the dog is to remain on the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
