Arrived and does have a meter on and the ring has been removed from the pedestal. T.E.P. did remove the meter and blanked off with a plastic cover. Did talk to the owner of the mobile home park and he will be boarding up the windows and doors and checking on demoing the mobile home. Did place screws on the rear door and the sliding glass door to prevent entry. The interior of the mobile home has storage and trash and debris through out. There is hardly any furniture in the mobile home. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front window. The person in the mobile home is leaving and has a place to stay. The manager is stating that the person that was in the mobile home is not the person with the lease. The owner signed the N.O.V. to Vacate on site. All the windows and doors are locked at this time and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
