Arrived and the rear door was opened where the plywood was pulled off the security door and was opened. Did call for inspector Aaron to assist on checking the house and found no one in the house. The insta hot water heater has been removed off the wall and was leaking water from the flex line that is hanging off the wall. The water has been turned off at the meter for non payment. All the other openings are secured at this time. Was able to secure the rear door at the dead bolt and placed screws on the security door and place the plywood back up with the posting from the last inspection. Did meet with the neighbor next door and she will call if opened again. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
