Sinks in bathroom and kitchen are not draining water. There is no sewage coming up out of the drain. Per property manager, this was addressed earlier in the day. Two damaged outlets show signs of burn marks in living area. Two outlets are missing covers. Sliding door is missing door locking mechanism. Door handle missing on front door. Property manager came by during inspection. She dispatched maintenance to replace the light fixture in the kitchen to abate the imminent Hazard of exposed wires. Maintenance was able to replace kitchen light fixture while I was on site, and replaced two of the damaged electrical outlets. All replaced outlets tested correctly. -VM | |
