02/09/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to have the building secured. Did advised to wait due to have not been back to the site. Did call inspector Lopez and he also has not been called to check the building. Will be going to the site to check. Arrived and the representatives for the T.U.S.D. was on site and walked the property to check the damage. They have someone from T.U.S.D. coming to have the opening secured and called Arcaiden Industries to not come to the property due to has a crew from the school district coming to secure. The fire was on the north section of the school building near the middle area. Vent holes were cut on the roof to vent and to check for extension of the fire in the attic area. The building was lacking electrical and gas due to being turned off per request. There is no collapsing of the structure anywhere and has been trashed in the interior and homeless have been inside through out. There is graffiti on the walls on the interior through out. The drop ceiling have tiles and grid system pulled down to get the fire areas. The exterior walls are double brick with metal trusses. The windows have plywood placed over the windows and have been cut in several areas to check for fire and sprayed water during the fire. The rep. signed the paper work and the district is in the process of selling the property. At this time the case will be closed due to the T.U.S.D. has contract on getting the permits and getting the work done with the City of Tucson. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
