02/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire in 3508 and smoke entered the unit. There is no fire damage and all the utilities remained on at this time. The tenants were advised to open all the doors and windows to air out the unit. The smell is still in the unit. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit and was advised to stay somewhere else tonight and come back in the morning. Redcross was on site and will not be assisting the tenants in this unit. At this time the case will be closed and the unit is Public Housing for the City of Tucson and the manger was on site and will be assisting the tenants on needs. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
