02/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication and T.P.D. called on info on vacant and unsecured houses. Did meet on site and checked the house and was secured. There was no one on site and has issues on what is on the property. Has couches and mattresses on the property where appears that someone is sleeping on the property. The neighbors came to meet with the issues on the property and the son of the decease owner coming and going on the property. Has trash and debris and has been cleaned recently and has different trash and debris back on the property. Will check on a 30 day N.O.V. if issued. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
