02/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed overgrown vegetation throughout this property, including in the front yard area and in the alley. This property is vacant and the windows are boarded up.
04/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Arcadia Landscaping completed the cleanup of the property. The property was secured by Arcadian Industries on the same day. Neighbors have reported to myself and workers for Arcadia that the owner has been coming onto the property at night time. The property has a do not enter sign posted on the back and the front and is condemned to do no electricity to the property which was cut off by TEP for non payment back in October of 2022. Inspector Vidal is re-securing the front entry door to prevent access to the inside of the property. The inside of the property is completely trashed and the structure itself is severely dilapidated.
