02/01/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared the site. The owner of the business was on site and showed the areas of the fires. The fire has different point of origin where fires were started. The sprinkler head went off in one of the offices where cameras were set. The interior of the building was flooded with the water from the sprinkler head not being turned off quickly. There is no structure damage and the fires were all contained to contents from the business and did not damage the building. The electrical and the gas was turned off at the meters, due to the smell of gas in the kitchen area and the electrical panels were all soaked when the sprinkler head went off. The panels were all dripping water when on site. Did do the Do Not Enter on the front doors and the rear door. The owner of the business signed the paperwork on site and secured the building. Permits will be required to have the gas and the electrical turned back on. The electrical is 3-Phase. This site was in crime scene and was delayed on the inspection until the investigation was complete. Was not able to locate a fire panel and the sprinkle head will be repaired tomorrow due to not able to find the company working on the fire system. The sprinkler head in the office was the only head to discharge where all the equipment was located for cameras for the business. Was on site with inspector Lopez. RV.
