02/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site - Granted access to property from tenant. Upon inspection found the hallway ceiling completely open with studs and wall ceiling cavity visible, drywall removed due to a leak that remains unrepaired. Residents are being exposed to fiberglass insulation wrapped around HVAC ducting in hallway ceiling. Resident reported that the leak persisted during the last rain storm on 2/17/26 and are using a small dish to catch the water. There is also an unfinished wall where repair work for the in-wall A/C unit was performed in the living room. Resident also reported that they have been dealing with an active rodent issue for at least 2 years, in which the only remedy offered is glue traps set around the apartment. Issuing notice of violation.
