01/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site with tenant. In building #1 unit 1104 there is no heat or cooling in the unit. Management a few months gave tenant a portable cooling unit. The office was closed and left business card at front door of office. I got a call from manager that she was back in the office and I went back to talk to the manager. She will get maintenance to go look at the unit.
02/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Spoke to tenant on the phone. She stated the cooling and heating have been repaired. Close case.
