02/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Onsite at property, spoke to management and tenant had not submitted a work order for anything. Met with tenant at unit with maintenance, issues were minor and superficial. Tenant stated plumbing to washer was malfunctioning and he proceeded to fix himself negating management responsibility. No signs of a roach infestation, pest control was onsite at the time of my visit and sprayed. No visible cracks, sink is functioning. Tenant became hostile and told me to leave when informed the issues do not fall under our jurisdiction. Closing case.
