No cracking or shifting visible from the interior. Electrical shut off at breaker box for unit 1102, verified no gas service at either unit. Permits and licensed contractor required for all repairs and replacements within 60 days. Both units 1102 and 1202 unsafe to occupy due to structural damage, posted Do Not Enter. Property management signed indemnification to secure building.
