04/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Unable to make contact with tenant. However property management was aware of the issue. Tub had been resurfaced and tenant did not give the recommended 24-48 hrs to cure before use/clean. Caulking was torn off in many places. Since complaint all issues have been resolved.(please see emailed invoice)
