03/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Violation remains. SPK to grandson of the property who built unpermitted structure. Extended time for 30 days to have structure removed. He showed progress towards some the structure removal. Removed any extension cords from the structure at this time. He stated he will have structure removed by 4/13/26. CE stated to have structure carefully removed and to be safe while the structure is being removed. Failure to take the structure will result in citation.
