There’s fire and water damage to ceilings, walls, electrical fixtures to include bare wires, possible plumbing damage, drywall, insulation damage. all utilities to include electrical and gas have been isolated and disconnected at meters. Unit is condemned. indemnification form signed. All repairs must be done with permits and licensed contractor as needed within 60 days.
