The front door is inoperable and will not open, is boarded shut from the inside. From the front window, can see more than half of the ceiling in the living room area has collapsed. The front porch appears to have large areas of roof decking replaced. Wood on beams appears to be missing weather protection. There is unsafe electrical to include exposed wiring in the structure, use of extension cords throughout, the dead front from the main panel is removed and there are exposed wires sticking out of the panel. Extension cords ran throughout the backyard to power tents for apparent homeless encampments in the rear yard. Per TPD there is feces inside the home. Egress is blocked, hallways and pathways are blocked by items including debris. The bathroom sink is being held up by a bungee cord attached to the roof structural members. There is excessive trash and debris throughout the property, posted a 30 day notice for this item. The home is condemned and may not be occupied. Electric service is to be cut at the pole, permit is required for reconnect. -VM | |
