There was a car through building, Car impacted the west side of the property, corner of the, it appears brick wall, causing dilapidation and damages. It appears the building is vacant building, and it seems like there was no electrical damages viewing from the exterior. Contacted COT Board-Up Contractor to secure and board up the damaged wall. Could not get a hold of property owner at this time. Posted Notice of Violation with Permits Required Form for the repairs. The impact from the vehicle into wall was excessive, restoration/ repairs shall be done by a licensed contactor, even recommend a structural engineer. |
