I explained that I am willing to work with them but not as a on site messenger. I explained my expectations for communication and my willingness to work with them on timelines as long as they maintain communication. Because there are several changes happening at the proeprty and new site plans and materials will be needed for repairs an permits, I am extending the next inspection to 60 days |
